Books & Writing

I write books. I also write about life. My earlier work grew largely out of coaching. Later came personal stories, Heart Chorus, travel, food, learning, and the small things that make up ordinary life. I rarely write because I have an answer to give. More often, I write because I want to leave a record of what I noticed at the time.

Autobiography

Woman on a Tightrope

Woman on a Tightrope

Eva Wong

This is my autobiography in English. It records an earlier part of my life—growing up, work, marriage, choices, building a business, and eventually finding my way into coaching and education. Looking back now, I understand some of those experiences differently. But the circumstances, struggles and choices belonged to who I was then, and they remain part of the story.

A Journey of Being

In 2012, I began writing on WeChat Moments. There was no plan and no fixed subject. I wrote about travel, work, relationships, food, learning, and whatever small incident happened to catch my attention. Over time, those fragments became a series of books.

A Journey of Being I

This English-language book tells some of the stories behind Heart Chorus. It follows the people I met, the choices we made, and the experiences that shaped the journey from its earliest days—and records some of what I came to see and learn along the way.

Selected Writing

Some pieces were written while travelling. Others came from ordinary days, conversations, meals, or simply noticing something about people and the world around me.

Everyday Choices

Choices, relationships, encounters, and everyday situations that are worth a second look. Sometimes nothing has changed except the way we see it.

Life at the Table

Cooking, eating, restaurants, and the people around a table.

Learning from the World

Travelling through different places and cultures means meeting different ways of living. Sometimes, seeing how other people live is also a way of looking again at the world we have come to take for granted.
